It was the early 90's and we were 16 years old. INXS was big, Jerry Garcia was still alive and we were relatively clueless about the world. Summers often included a trip to Ocean City and "The Shack", which was Travis Bender's tiny getaway near Bethany Beach. This old video archive shows Travis accidentally peeling out in front of a traffic cop on a moped after dropping off Dennis, Pete and Randy to pick up some food on the boardwalk.
